Young, elastic skin depends on the number of structural proteins such as collagen and elastin. These proteins help your skin resist temporary changes such as stretching, folding, or wrinkling. As we age, our bodies produce less of these structural proteins, making our skin more prone to show signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles.

Why use Fibroblasting?

A mild superficial controlled burn by using AC voltaic arcs, DC voltaic arcs induces a skin tightening effect which helps the skin restore more of its natural elasticity. This occurs because a localized excitation, stimulates the skin’s regeneration response, resulting in firmer, tighter skin between the wrinkles and hence the reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Similar results are also possible by using other skin rejuvenation methods, like AHAs (alpha hydroxy acid) based cosmetic peels, however the use of voltaic arc are generally more selective because it can be applied exactly where required, therefore inducing the skin tightening exactly were your client needs it, with a higher degree of precision. We refer to this type of skin tightening as “localized skin tightening” or “targeted skin tightening”

Is this service painful?

Clients have referred to this treatment as uncomfortable. A topical numbing agent is administered to the client before the service is preformed to relief some of the discomfort. A patch test is preformed during the consultation (required by all clients before any Fibroblast procedure) so you will be able to judge your discomfort.

How long will the service take?

The service requires a topical numbing agent to be administered to the area to be treated and that needs to sit for an hour before the service is to be preformed. the procedure can take from anywhere from ten minutes to a couple of hours. So your service will be from about an hour and ten minutes to a few hours. The amount of time depends on how big the area to be treated is.

How many services are required?

In most cases one service is usually what is required by our clients. In the cases of multiple and very deep wrinkles with other expectations a thorough consult and detailed plan of action is required.

How long will the results last?

It's hard to say exactly how long results from this service will last. Due to the fact that the aging process differs in each person and the life style of each individual. These factor into how everyone ages and the process will continue after your treatment at the normal rate.
